Hvad er Green Card Lottery?

Hvert år giver den amerikanske regering circa 55.000 Green Cards til udlœndinge der har søgt via Green Card Lotteriet og som dermed kan arbejde lovligt i USA. Hvert land bliver allokeret et vist antal Green Cards, baseret på et kvota-system.
