College Student Loans for International Students


International students could find it difficult to get a student loan from a bank in the United States. This is because international students do not have a credit history and bank believe that non-us citizens are more risky.
If you are lucky enough to have a Green Card, you could qualify for federal student loans through Federal Stafford and PLUS loans.
